Dynamic Foot Training: Merging Neurology and Movement

About live session

The feet, rich in sensory receptors and directly linked to the central nervous system, play a vital role in balance, coordination, posture, and neural activation. This workshop explores the intricate connection between the foot's neurology and movement mechanics. Participants will learn how the foot's sensory feedback and fascial connections influence overall body movement, balance, and stability. Participants will learn practical techniques to assess and retrain foot and ankle movement, and integrate neurological principles to improve overall stability and performance.

Receive 2.25CEC with NPCP.

Designed to:

  • Improve foot strengthmobilityproprioception, and sensory awareness, ultimately strengthening the body-brain connection.
  • Enhance neural pathways with specific Brain Body Approach exercises
  • Foster healthier movement patterns and provide a solid foundation for the entire body.

What you'll learn

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
  1. Assess foot and ankle movement effectively.
  2. Implement sensory feedback techniques to enhance performance.
  3. Apply movement drills that improve stability and reduce injury risk.
  4. Utilize motor mapping to retrain dysfunctional movement patterns.
