Transforming Lower Back Issues

About Course

Some sources say 60-80% of people experience low back pain. If you’re part of this grim statistic, you know how it can affect your whole life. Not only does it cause missed days of work and chronic stress at not being able to enjoy life fully, back pain can have neurological effects on our visual and vestibular systems over time. Whether you have any level of low back pain from poor posture, disc herniations, disc degeneration, scoliosis, sciatica, stenosis, and other causes, there’s a way to treat your pain beyond a biomechanical approach.

This workshop provides visual, vestibular, and movement drills and exercises to reduce pain and symptoms. You’ll learn to use your brain to help you get back in control of your pain over the long term, and start enjoying life again.
