Sometimes after an injury or surgery, rehabilitation can only get us so far. In some cases, repeat injuries or activities we perform every day can lead to chronic pain or issues even after previous rehab work. Our shoulders are commonly injured due to how much they are responsible for - lifting, reaching, carrying, holding, pulling and pushing. If our shoulders are giving us problems time and time again, we can start to gain confidence in them ever feeling better and back to normal again. Within this course, not only will you be provided with the tools to increase strength and mobility in the shoulder joints themselves, but you will also learn how not to be limited by these previous limitations. Gaining confidence back after an injury is a challenge, but confidence earned by completing a successful healing program is something not everyone has the opportunity to do.
