Support for the Body's Largest Joint: Knee Health and Wellness

About Course

Our knees deserve a round of applause for all they put up with! That is unless they have started to protest due to overuse, injuries or following surgical interventions. The largest joints in our bodies, our knees are tasked with a respectable amount of responsibility. It goes without saying, but almost every form of movement that the knees are involved in are pretty big parts of daily life. Following a knee injury or surgery, it can be tough to feel like one’s old self, and it can be frustrating figuring out how to navigate ranges of motion that were once second nature and thoughtless for the body. Oftentimes, rehabilitation programs focus on moving again and even strengthening, but rarely do they include how neuroscience can help ease the transition into healing - and just how important the brain is in getting mobility back. Find out how to overcome those protesting knees and gain self assurance that freedom in your daily movements is just a course away.
