Improving Hip Health and Targeting Mobility

About Course

Our hips are the second largest joints in our body, and they definitely are responsible for a lot of what we do, and are able to do, on a daily basis. Falls, injuries, surgeries, and even arthritis can make it challenging to continue normal daily life if the hips are affected. Not being able to walk, exercise, sit down comfortably or sleep in a favored position, all can cause frustration - on top of the pain. The good news is that with proper strengthening and training, our hips can become helpful to us once more, instead of being a constant source of irritation and discomfort. This course will provide the tools to get you back doing what you love to do, back to walking around without fear of pain, and in general back to living your life frustration free.
