About Course
They tilt, they roll, they rock from side to side and up and down: ankles are one of the joints in the body that have the most different directional and rotational forms of movement! Due to how the joint is made up in the body, this freedom of movement helps us perform a lot of various tasks. We need the mobility in our ankles not only to walk safely on uneven ground, or go up and down stairs, but also to enjoy hobbies like playing pickleball and dancing. When our lives are affected by an injury or because of pain in the ankles, life ends up becoming more challenging than enriching and fun. Starting from the ground up, this course will offer multiple tools and methods to gain mobility and strength where it matters the most. Let your ankles get their freedom of movement back too, and find the ability to feel confident walking in any type of landscape, or enjoying any of your favorite leisure activities.
